When you make a booking through this website for an MOT, Battery or Service at Farmer Autocare or you place an order on this website to purchase tyres to be fitted by Farmer Autocare you can, but need not, pay in advance. On completing the booking process we will send you an email confirming receipt of your booking and/or order which will contain the details of your booking and/or order. This email will be your order confirmation unless it is for an MOT test when it will confirm your request for a specific booking confirmation. Such a booking and/or order by you represents an offer to Farmer Autocare to purchase services from Farmer Autocare which, notwithstanding the taking of payment from you by Farmer Autocare, is only accepted by Farmer Autocare to form a contract between you and Farmer Autocare when Farmer Autocare send the Order Confirmation to you. In the event that Farmer Autocare take payment from you before the contract is formed and thereafter Farmer Autocare do not accept your offer and/or do not issue an Order Confirmation to you, Farmer Autocare shall make a full refund of your payment to you. Any services or products to be fitted on the same booking and/or order which Farmer Autocare have not confirmed in an Order Confirmation do not form part of that contract. In the case of a request for an MOT booking the centre manager will contact you the following morning to confirm a fixed time when your MOT can be carried out.
We retain the right to refuse to accept any booking order solely at our discretion. If we are concerned that you are attempting to place an order dishonestly, fraudulently, by impersonating someone else or are attempting to use payment details which have been stolen we will make additional checks as to your standing and if appropriate involve external authorities.
These terms are the only terms upon which Farmer Autocare is prepared to deal with a purchaser of its services through this website and they shall govern the contract arising from any order made through this website that is accepted by Farmer Autocare to the entire exclusion of all other terms or conditions.
Our pricing is inclusive of UK Value Added Tax. Offers are for retail customers only and all transactions are in UK Sterling only.
We will do our best to fulfil your order but as our website contains a large number of goods and services and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the goods and/or services listed on this website are incorrectly priced. We verify the prices included in your order to us as part of our processing procedures so that, where goods and/or services are incorrectly priced we may, at our discretion, either contact you for your instructions in relation to your order or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, unless they include a specific promotional offer which has an earlier expiry date. The expiry date of promotional offers will be clearly marked.
The price of the goods and/or services shall be the price specified by Farmer Autocare in the Order Confirmation it issues to you.
Unless otherwise stated, the cost of fitting any parts purchased is included in your quotation.
Farmer Autocare Limited reserves the right, before the relevant contract is formed in accordance with these terms and conditions, to change the price of the goods.
Once work has started you will be informed immediately of any additional work identified. A new printed quotation will be produced on request and work will only be carried out with your agreement.
Transactions are only to be made through this website by residents of and/or individuals located in the United Kingdom.
All services ordered or booked on this website are carried out at one of our Centres in Scotland, certain products and services may not be available in some locations.

Farmer Autocare Limited offers the following product guarantees. The guarantees are not transferable and apply only to the person who purchased the original parts. If you would like further details please contact us our any of our centre managers. Please also retain your invoice, as this may be needed if you require to make a claim. These guarantees do not extend to any monetary or compensatory claim, in particular consequential or additional losses.
Tyres are covered against manufacturing defects throughout the legal life of the tyre. Only tread used will be charged for if replacement is necessary provided the tread depth does not exceed the minimum legal requirements. Tyres may have to be to their manufacture for inspection.
We offer free puncture repair for our range of Classic tyres (tyres that can be repaired will be repaired and not replaced under this guarantee). Plus free rebalancing and valve replacement for the legal life of the tyre. Plus, In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, our Classic tyre range will be guaranteed against accidental damage caused by kerbs or potholes. If the tyre is damaged and is not suitable for repair, replacement will be made on the following basis:
The level of discount applied is calculated on the remaining tread depth of the damaged tyre. The discount is applied to the current replacement price at the time of exchange. N.B. This guarantee does not apply to any vehicle being used in the trade of private hire, taxis or used in off road/or competitive sports. The guarantee is void if the damage is caused by criminal or malicious damage.
All service components and mechanical parts fitted by Farmer Autocare Limited are guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles.
Farmer Autocare limited guarantees any brake pads and brake shoes fitted by us for 12 months or 12,000 miles full replacement including guarantee should these wear to unserviceable condition provide that no other part than that fitted is responsible for the damage. . N.B. This guarantee does not apply to any vehicle being used in the trade of private hire, taxis or used in off road/ or competitive sports. The guarantee is void if the damage is caused by criminal or malicious damage.
Wheel Alignment is affected by road conditions, vehicle mechanical condition and driving circumstances and therefore adjustment by our fitters cannot be guaranteed by Farmer Autocare Limited, however within 14 days following adjustment we will examine and re-adjust free of charge the alignment should you believe your vehicle requires it.
All batteries purchased from Farmer Autocare Limited are guaranteed by manufacture warranty. The warranty cover varies in accordance with the specification details of this will be included on your invoice, which must be retained should you wish to make a claim.
Our Recharge service warrants a reduction of 10% on the car’s coolest vent temperature before recharge, if this is not achieved there will be no charge.
Just take your vehicle to your nearest Farmer Autocare Centre together with a copy of the relevant invoice and our Centre Manger will guide you through the process. Parts failing as a result of criminal or malicious damage, fire, theft or where the parts have been repaired by another garage or individual or used for competitive motorsport or on a taxi are excluded. All farmer Autocare guarantees are in addition to and do not distract from your statutory rights.
